Careers · Join the team

Small team, real ownership, work that visibly matters.

We defend banks, insurers, telecoms and government bodies across the region. That means the work you do is operational rather than theoretical, and the person accountable for it is usually you, with the team behind you.

What we look for

We hire for curiosity and follow-through, then train the rest.

Certifications help and we fund them. What we cannot teach is the instinct to keep pulling at something until it makes sense, and the discipline to write it up clearly afterwards so somebody else can use it.

How we work

Nobody here is a resource on a utilisation report.

You will work directly with clients, be sent on training, and be expected to say when something is wrong. In return we keep the process short, tell you where you stand, and answer every application.

Open roles

Four positions open right now

All roles are based in Amman. If none of these fit but you think you belong here, apply anyway and say so.

Amman · internship · 3 to 6 months

You sit with the team that does the work: assisting on vulnerability assessments, evidence collection for audits and SOC triage under supervision. We expect curiosity and a home lab, not experience. Final-year students and recent graduates in computer science, IT or engineering.

Hiring process

Five steps, and we tell you where you stand at each one

Two to three weeks from application to offer. If you are not right for the role, you will hear that from us rather than from silence.

01
Apply
One form. Tell us which role and why you want it. A CV link is enough at this stage.
02
Screen
A short call about your background, what you want to learn and what the role actually involves day to day.
03
Technical
A practical exercise or technical conversation with the people you would be working next to. No trick questions.
04
Meet the team
A conversation with the team lead and, for client-facing roles, whoever you would present to.
05
Offer
A written offer with the salary, the shift pattern if there is one, and the training we will fund.
Graduates and career changers are welcome to apply to the internship. We would rather train somebody who wants to be here than hire somebody who is passing through.
