Terms of service

The terms on which you use this website.

Plain terms for a plain website. Nothing here creates a service engagement, those are governed by a signed contract, and this page says so explicitly.

Last updated 29 July 2026Cyber Correlate, Amman, Jordan
In plain language
These terms cover use of this website only, not any service we deliver to you.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quotation or professional advice.
A service engagement exists only once there is a signed contract or accepted proposal.
The content and design of this site belong to us; read it, quote it fairly, do not republish it as your own.
Jordanian law governs these terms and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
01

Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update the terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated version.

02

No engagement is created by this website

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or professional advice on which you should act. Descriptions of services, timelines, coverage and indicative durations are illustrative and depend entirely on scope.

A relationship between us begins only when a proposal, statement of work, service order or contract has been signed by both parties. Submitting an enquiry form does not create one, and neither does a conversation with a member of our team.

Where a signed agreement exists and conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement prevails.

03

Acceptable use

You may read, print and quote this website for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its host or any connected system;
probe, scan or test the security of the site without our prior written authorisation, we test systems for a living and we do not consider unsolicited testing a compliment;
use automated means to extract content at a scale that burdens the service;
republish substantial parts of this site as your own material, or use our name, logo or client names without written permission;
submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringes somebody else’s rights.
04

Accuracy of information

We take care with what we publish, including any statistics, standards references and technical descriptions. Third-party research is attributed where we rely on it. Even so, the security landscape and the standards within it change, and content here may become out of date.

We provide this site as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on this website as your sole basis for a security or compliance decision. Ask us instead.

05

Intellectual property

The text, structure, design and graphics of this website are owned by Cyber Correlate or licensed to us. Product names, standards and trademarks belonging to others, including our technology partners and the standards bodies we reference, remain the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more requires our written permission.

07

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption or reputational damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising under a signed service agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

08

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website, please tell us at info@cybercorrelate.com before doing anything else. We will acknowledge your report and work with you in good faith. Please do not test beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue, and do not access, alter or exfiltrate any data.

09

Privacy and cookies

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. In short: we collect nothing until you submit a form. Cookies are covered in the cookie policy, and there are none of ours.

10

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent courts of Amman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any dispute resolution mechanism agreed in a signed service agreement.
