What we set: nothing
We set no first-party cookies. There is no analytics identifier, no advertising identifier, no A/B testing cookie, no preference cookie and no session cookie, because the site has no login and stores no state about you.
You will not see a cookie consent banner here. That is not an oversight. There is nothing to obtain consent for.
Third-party requests you should know about
Two technical dependencies involve a request leaving your browser to somebody else’s server. Neither is used by us to identify or track you, but honesty requires naming them:
Server logs, which are not cookies
Our web host records ordinary request logs: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, response status and user agent. This is how any web server works and is necessary to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. These logs are not used to profile you, are not linked to any identifier, and are retained only for a short operational period.
How to control cookies anyway
Since we set none, there is nothing for you to switch off here. If you want to control cookies generally, every major browser lets you block or delete them under its privacy settings, and blocking third-party cookies entirely will not affect anything on this site.
If we ever add a service that requires cookies, we will publish it on this page and ask for your consent before setting anything.
If you have a question about tracking on this site, ask us. The answer is short and we are happy to give it.
